1.Service brake is dual circuit hydraulic drum type or front disc+ rear drum (braking force is automatically controlled). And parking brake is of manual central drum type. 4 channels and 4 wheels independent control ABS is also adopted.

Engine features:
Intake mode
1. Each cylinder is equipped with a four-valve aluminum alloy cylinder head, a dual overhead cam system, a small volute FGT turbo charger, or an electronically controlled variable section turbo charger VGT, which can increase engine torque and improve dynamic response, and the maximum torque reaches 340N.m.

2. Automatic production and assembly line customized for R series by international first-class equipment manufacturers such as GROB. And it is controlled by MES system.
3. Running under SPS system being made according to German Volkswagen manufacturing standard, products are of good consistency and high reliability.

I: Platform system
As for platform,it adopts oil cylinders driving sliding rail type structure.It is made of Q345 high strength steel plate with reasonable structure.The surface of the platform adopts punching plate technology which not only reduces dead weight bus also facilitates the use of tools like bangdage.
II:Lifting system
Lifting system is driven by internal & external telescopic type oil cylinder made of Q345. And it has advantages like large lifting force and stability under the condition of strength. The working model is as follows: When the cylinder low down the lifting arm, the telescopic arm extends until the front bracket of the swinging arm reaches the lifting position of vehicle. And then place the rear bracket and insert the plug, tie up the lifting arm with towed vehicle by bandage. And with the contraction of oil cylinder, the vehicle is lifted.
III:Operation mechanism
The towing truck is mainly controlled by the hydraulic system and torque is the transferred by the PTO, connects with gear pump, and finally connects to each pipeline. And it is controlled through multiple directional valve. Also balancing valves and hydraulic locks is provided in the hydraulic pipelines.
